San Andreas Multiplayer (SA-MP), the project puts the popular mod Vice City Multiplayer (VC-MP) 0.1d. The difference between the two is that SA-MP server-side scripting is available to make the game modes.
Pawn scripting is easy to understand with all the help available on forums and game modes open source. As you may have noticed, if you are familiar with the GTA modding scene most of these guys are first-fathers of modding and using them is a great achievement itself.
